Also unveiling The Encyclopedia Gintonica Menu, that features gins from both local distillers and from around the world. These gins are accompanied with fresh botanical ingredients and tonic combinations. 

A variety of Biodynamic and natural wines also feature, alongside our refined, diverse selection of sharing plates.
